Agreement

I here-by make application for membership in the Texaco Country Club as an employee of Texaco Inc., one of its subsidiaries, an affiliate or an alliance partner.

I agree to pay the initiation fee in effect on the date application is made as well as monthly dues, quarterly dues and all applicable sales tax as outlined in the schedule of fees listed on the membership page.

All such dues are payable in advance if required or upon receipt of a billing statement.  I also understand that the dues are set by the Board of Directors of the club and that they may increase at any time over the course of my membership.
 

I understand that my quarterly dues  will be billed on a quarterly basis but that I may pay the dues on a monthly basis if I so desire.  I understand that a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed on all dues if payment for said dues is received after the 20th of each month.  The late fee will appear on my statement as a Pro Shop charge. 

Since this is a family membership please allow the dependents listed below to play golf. I understand that for those persons to qualify, they must appear on my Federal Income Tax return as a dependent and be younger than 21 years old.
