  1. Members must abide by the by-laws and rules of the Club and are responsible for the acts of their immediate family members and guests.

  2. Members, Immediate family members, and their guests who willfully damage the property of the Club will be required to pay the cost of repair or replacement thereof.

  3. Any complaints in connection with the affairs and operation of the Club must be submitted to the Secretary in writing and signed by the member for consideration and action by the officers and, if thought necessary, by the Board of Directors.

  4. Property belonging to the Club shall not be removed from the premises of the Club except by permission of the Board.

  5. Hobnailed or similar shoes shall not be worn in the main entrance hall, foyer, ballroom or where posted.

  6. Owners and drivers of automobiles or other vehicles shall park in designated areas and observe such other traffic and parking regulations as may be adopted and posted by the Club.

  7. Sale of food and beverages by outside agencies will not be permitted on the premises, except at such time and place as approved by the Board of Directors.  No food or beverage that is provided for by the Club is to be brought in by members or guests.  No alcohol is permitted on Club premises prior to noon on Sunday, as it is against Texas law.

  8. Hunting or use of firearms will not be permitted on the Club premises.

  9. Dogs will not be allowed in the Clubhouse or on the grounds of the Club, except for pets of tenants of houses on the Club property or guard dogs brought in for Club purposes.

  10. A member desiring the exclusive use of the Clubhouse for a private party or dance must make reservations through the Club Manager.  The member making the reservation will be responsible for payment of the rental and any damage to, or loss of, Club property.  The Board of Directors will approve fees and rental schedules.

  11. Rental of the club house to an outside person or concern for a private party or dance must be approved by the Manager.  If approved, the party or parties will be required to sign an agreement covering the payment of the rental charge and assuming responsibility for the payment of any damages to, or loss of, Club property.  The Board of Directors will approve fees and rental scheduled.

  12. Any reservations for the exclusive use of the club house will be posted at the Clubhouse to inform members that the club house is reserved for that particular day or night.

  13. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are regularly reserved for Club affairs.  Any additional dates required for Club functions will be so designated by the Board.

  14. All golfing members shall observe all possible courtesies on the golf course.   As far as possible, play should be confined to foursomes.  On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, five or more ball matches will not be permitted.  Other days, with pro shop approval, "fivesomes" may play provided they all ride.  In case of a lost ball or other delay, it is incumbent upon players concerned to invite those playing behind them to play through, and after issuing the invitation they shall remain stationary until the players so invited have finished the hole or are out of danger of being hit when resuming play.

  15. No child under the age of 16 will be permitted to drive a golf cart.  Likewise, those under the age of 15 years must have a special card from the Manager to play without an adult present.

  16. For safety and other reasons, picnic parties, or others, building fires for any reason shall confine the fire to the area immediately adjacent to the barbecue pit.

  17. The Directors, Officers, and the Manager of the Club will make every effort to promote the enjoyment of the Club facilities by members, their families and invited guests, and to this end all members should cheerfully cooperate.
